Delicious Beef Shish Kabob Marinade You Have To Try
I forgot about this recipe until recently when I was getting tired of making the same things over and over. This is such a simple beef shish kabob marinade and tastes delicious on your vegetables as well.
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this and you can use it on chicken if you don’t like beef or want to switch it up.
You probably have all these ingredients on hand already! You will need brown sugar, ketchup, A1, Worchestershire, minced garlic, olive oil, and pepper.
Mix them all together and add in your beef, I like to use already cut up beef but you can get your favorite cut of meat and cut it into chunks.
For the vegetables, I used green peppers, red peppers, and onions but you can use any kind that you like.
Cut your vegetables into 1inch squares so they are easier to thread onto skewers.
Marinate your vegetables in a separate bag from your meat, I did it for two hours and then put them on skewers and grilled them.

Ingredients
- Beef or Chicken cut into chunks
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 Red Peppers
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 2 TBS Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 TBS A1
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 TBS Worchestershire Sauce
Directions
- Cut up your beef or chicken into 1 inch chunks or at least big enough to easily thread onto a skewer
- Cut up vegetables into 1in squares
- Mix marinade together and add into two separate bags or containers
- Marinade for two hours or longer for stronger flavor
- Thread onto skewers
- Grill on medium heat until meat is at 165 rotating often so you don’t burn your vegetables
- Serve
Final thoughts on beef shish kabob marinade
When you make this beef shish kabob marinade you can marinate it overnight if you want for a stronger flavor but if you don’t have time an hour or two is fine.
You can easily switch out ingredients if you don’t like them and use what you have on hand. If you don’t like onions you can substitute for another vegetable or simply leave it out.
These are a huge hit for easy labor day food or get together, something to keep in mind for an easy summer meal.
